International Air Travel to Grenada.
Grenada is currently served by Jet Blue, Delta, American, British Airways, Virgin Atlantic, Caribbean Airlines (CAL), LIAT 20, InterCaribbean, and others. You can fly to Grenada direct, or connect though Trinidad or Barbados. If you travel via Grenada and arrive after 3pm or so, you may need to overnight, since the last flights/ferries to Carriacou depart at 5pm.
Inter-Island Air Travel, Grenada and St. Vincent to Carriacou.

Access to Carriacou island from Grenada by plane is via Grenadine Alliance (SVG Air) De Haviland Twin Otter aircraft. Flights currently run twice daily except on Thursdays, take 20 minutes and seat 19 passengers,. The cost is USD $70 per person one way.
From St.Vincent, there are 35 minute flights to Carriacou currently once daily except on Thursdays, at a price of USD $160 per person, one way.
Ferries, Grenada to Carriacou.

Access to Carriacou island from Grenada by fast ferry is via Osprey Lines. The ferries (there are two) are air conditioned ocean going catamarans, which seat 150 persons and do 20 knots. The trip takes about 2 Hours and costs USD $30 one way. The Ospreys currently operate twice daily, except Saturdays (once daily).
Alternatively, the larger but slower Tyrell Bay Express ferry generally operates 3 days per week (Tues, Thurs, & Sat.). At USD $20 one way it is less expensive, but the trip takes about 3 ½ hours each way.
Diving in Carriacou
The diving in Carriacou is known to be spectacular. Dive Carriacou is a relatively new shop across the road from the beach in Harveyvale, 5 mins drive, or a 10 min walk from the villa. Deefer Dive is a longer established dive shop a bit further away on another beach in Hillsborough, about a 15 minute drive. Both are PADI certified and offer a variety of dive experiences, including wreck dives.
