 Verified A beautiful stay and property. Right at the end of Paradise beach with stunning views across the bay. Really enjoyed sitting on the deck, admiring the view and watching the boats come and go. A good few restaurants nearby although a couple still recovering from Hurricane Beryl. The house is beautifully positioned and indoor/outdoor style living with very open style to get the breeze from the bay which helps with the warm temperatures. The house manager - Godfrey - was fantastic - very attentive and helpful throughout the stay and committed to ensuring we had a great visit. Helped us with the car rental, initial shopping, food on the first evening. Overall they have a beautiful home and we really enjoyed our stay

 Verified Wonderful view and easy beach access, just a 5 minute walk through the garden. This is our second time staying here and we loved every second. We participated in Carnival including Jab Jab and really there is nothing to be afraid of (I was a bit apprehensive), everyone was so kind and welcoming and we had such fun. Mega clean up in the sea is essential to avoid any pollution of the car or home though - but we were prepared.  Verified Beautiful villa with one of the better views I’ve ever had. Godfrey met us at airport, took us to get car then to villa. Even rode with us to pickup a couple things at store. He was great. Couple minutes walk to down to beach and a couple more to 5 different restaurants on beach. Not a whole lot to do on small island but that’s what we were looking for. Diving, boat trips and relaxation over looking a beautiful beach. All cons here except maybe the pool table wasn’t great. Sticks were bad and table was cheap but still had fun playing on it. The Seafront Villa is nestled in the hill right above Paradise Beach, there is a private walkway leading from the Villa to the beach, and we walked there every single day because it was so close.The Villa also comes with a car, yes a rental car that is included in the price with the Villa. Believe me it comes in handy. We loved the small details like the fruit basket upon arrival and the amazing meal prepared for you from Godfrey and his wife.The WiFi is strong (we measured 100mbps), so both my wife and I could do Zoom calls without any issues. Honorable mention: Godfrey, this man is amazing he is the manager of the property and is there at a moments notice to make sure your stay is not only enjoyable but you have everything you need for your stay.Honorable mention: Franklyn Francis Auto Rentals.  Verified Amazing views of the Union island and Sandy island from the verandas . Fresh breeze keeps the villa cool so no need for air conditioning . Godfrey , the villa caretaker , comes in every day to do the washing up , to make up the bed and to tidy up. You can have Paradise beach ( the best beach on the island ) to yourself most mornings and share it with a handful of people in the afternoons. “ Off The Hook “ bar and grill is a few minutes walk from the villa , so need to drive for dinner. The best pina coladas in Carriacou are at the “Hardwood bar and snaket” , also on Paradise beach.
